Shipping Policy
Ships from Eugene, Oregon!
USPS Ground Advantage - Domestic US Shipping Only.
Your unique piece of jewelry will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
Cancellations
Accepted! You must give 24hrs. notice to make a cancellation.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The Item being returned must be in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging as well.
You can start a return by emailing me directly at bluesapphiremacrame@gmail.com In the subject line please input “Return Request” with order number on your invoice. Please allow 24hrs. for my response.
If your item is accepted to be returned, I will send you information to send your package. Any returns sent back without a return request via email, your return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To ensure your needs are met with your unique jewelry, create a return by following the return policy. Once your item has been accepted for a return, make a separate purchase for the new piece of jewelry.
Refunds
Once your item has been received you will be notified that your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies take time to process and post your refund.
Damages
